All teams are led by dedicated volunteer coaches who bring enthusiasm, patience, and a commitment to helping players learn and improve.
Coaching at the minor level is about more than wins and losses, it’s about teaching fundamentals, building confidence, and creating a supportive team culture.
Many of our best coaches started as parents simply willing to help. Training and support are provided, and mentorship is available.

Coach Justin is a first-year coach with the Bulkley Valley softball Association.
This was Coach Matt’s second season as Head Coach of the U9 Division.
2025 was Coach Jon’s second season as Head Coach of the U9 Division.
2026 was Coach Patty’s second year coaching U11, and 4th year of coaching (U9).
Coach Matt joined the U11 staff for the first time in 2025 after 3 years coaching the U7 team.
This was Coach Jeremy’s first year coaching with BV Softball.
This was Coach Dave’s second season of U13 ball. He previously coached the U11 team in 2022 and 2023.
2025 was Coach Dustin’s first year coaching U13 ball. He previously coached in U11 during the 2024 season.
2025 marked Coach Sean’s return to U13 ball. He previously coached in 2022. 
This was Coach Mark’s inaugural season coaching U15. He previously coached the U13 team in 2024 and 2023, and the U11 team in 2022. 
2025 was Coach Colin’s second season coaching with the U15 teams.
